Paul has spent 22 years working in the financial services sector, 20 of which have been spent working for companies offering independent financial advice.

He was employed as a Consultant at Lloyds Bank Insurance Services, Senior Consultant at Sedgwick Financial Services and a Divisional Director for Heath Lambert Consulting.

Paul has spent his career providing advice to both corporate and individual clients, on a fee or commission basis.

In 1992 Paul became an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Insurance by examination and in 1998 was awarded the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate.

Paul is married with two young daughters and lives in Colchester.

Lynn McCarthy
Lynn has worked in the financial services industry for over 25 years in an administrative capacity. Her roles included Senior Sales Support to Financial Consultants at Abbey National IFA, Senior Administrator at AXA Sun Life and Compliance Auditor at Royal London Insurance.

In 2000 she attained the Financial Planning Certificate whilst in her role at Royal London.

Lynn lives with her husband in Stanstead, Suffolk.
